Job summary

Great Learning is seeking a Counselor to drive inquiries and admissions for our online and blended learning programs targeting the international market, specifically Spanish learners.

The role covers engagement with high-volume leads, guiding career-building course selections, and managing the complete sales cycle from inquiry to enrolment, with regular MIS updates to track performance and outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize conversions and student satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-6 years of work experience, a large part of which should be in BPOs.
• Counseling or sales experience in Travel, BFSI, EdTech, or FinTech is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive inquiries and admissions for online/blended programs for the international market.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead engagement to enrolment.
• Counsel students and professionals via call or email on suitable courses for career progression.
• Update and maintain MIS reports.

The Role

• Driving inquiries & admissions for the online/blended learning programs offered for the International Market to the Spanish learners.
• Looking after the entire sales life cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of well qualified leads till the final conversion i.e. enrolment in the program
• Counseling experienced professionals via call or email on which course will be useful to their career progression and suggest the best options
• Updating and maintaining MIS reports.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish

• counseling, or sales (Travel, BFSI, EdTech, FinTech)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially in Excel
