Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sourcing Manager with a strong background in the textile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor management, procurement planning, inventory analysis, production coordination, and end-to-end supply chain operations. The role requires strong analytical skills, vendor development expertise, and hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as SAP.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Develop and maintain relationships with textile vendors and suppliers.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to strengthen the supply base.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) as per business requirements.
• Conduct daily coordination with vendors regarding production, dispatches, and deliveries.
• Maintain Vendor and Supplier Master data in SAP.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Analyze SAP stock reports vendor-wise and consolidated stock positions.
• Monitor and analyze EasyEcom stock reports for inventory optimization.
• Perform vendor stock and sales analysis to improve replenishment planning.
• Ensure timely Stock Inward (GRN) processing and reconciliation.
• Manage stock rack and warehouse location identification.
• Coordinate stock refurbishment, repacking, and quality checks when required.
• Analyze packing material inventory and ensure adequate stock availability.
• Conduct stock analysis and monitor inventory aging (60 Days SOH).

Production Planning & Supply Chain

• Prepare production plans for new product selections and launches.
• Track PO planning, production status, and dispatch reports.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and transporters for timely deliveries.
• Manage end‑to‑end supply chain operations to ensure product availability.
• Ensure smooth interdepartmental communication between sourcing, warehouse, sales, operations, and finance teams.

System & Process Management

• Create SKU codes in SAP and generate EAN/barcodes.
• Maintain procurement and inventory records accurately in ERP systems.
• Generate reports and dashboards for management review.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize sourcing and inventory costs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• Textile industry experience is mandatory.. 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and inventory management systems.
• Experience in vendor development and procurement negotiations.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and logistics management.
