Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Vendor management: Develop and maintain relationships with textile vendors and suppliers.
• Procurement & PO management: Create and manage POs and coordinate with vendors regarding production, dispatches, and deliveries.
• Inventory management: Monitor stock levels, inventory aging, replenishment requirements, and stock availability through SAP/ERP reports.
• Production planning: Prepare and track production plans for new product selections and launches.
• Supply chain coordination: Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, logistics, sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Warehouse & stock operations: Ensure timely GRN/Stock inward, stock reconciliation, warehouse coordination, repacking, refurbishment, and quality checks when required.
• System management: Maintain vendor master data, create SKU codes, generate EAN/barcodes, and maintain procurement and inventory records in SAP/ERP.
• Reporting & analysis: Prepare MIS reports, analyse vendor performance, inventory, stock movement, and identify opportunities for cost and process optimization.
