Shashwath Solution is seeking an Executive - Sourcing to identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers for raw materials, fabrics, and trims in garment manufacturing. The role involves collaboration with production, design, and merchandising to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Reporting to the Head of Sourcing & Procurement, you will negotiate terms, monitor supplier performance, and stay updated on industry trends while maintaining sustainability and compliance across sourcing activities.

Qualifications

• Identify and develop a reliable supplier base for raw materials, fabrics, and trims.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with vendors to achieve cost efficiency.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

• Conduct market research on trends, pricing, and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with sustainability and ethical sourcing guidelines.

• 7 Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
