• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, real estate, or related field preferred, with willingness to travel locally.

Role Description

The role involves identifying and evaluating suitable office, retail, and industrial properties that match client requirements, including conducting site visits and preliminary due diligence. The individual will maintain and expand a network of property owners, developers, and brokers, gathering up-to-date market intelligence on availability, pricing, and trends. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and sharing property options with the consulting team, supporting negotiations with landlords and sellers, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation and timely client communication. The role also requires maintaining organized records of properties, leads, and transactions using basic digital tools and reporting dashboards.

Qualifications
