Job summary

Square Yards in Bengaluru is seeking a Property Consultant to guide clients through the property search, present listings, and support end-to-end transactions. The role requires strong communication, customer service, and real estate knowledge for both residential and commercial properties.

You will build relationships with developers, agents, and financial institutions, coordinate with internal teams, and stay updated on local market trends to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Property Consultant will guide clients through the property search and selection process, conduct site visits, and provide accurate information on residential and commercial real estate options. Daily activities include understanding client requirements, presenting suitable property listings, negotiating terms, and supporting clients through documentation and closing of transactions. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with developers, agents, and financial institutions, as well as coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience. The Property Consultant will also stay updated on local market trends and project offerings to provide informed advice and support sales targets.

Qualifications
