• Comfort on-site in Chakia and willingness to travel locally.

Role Description

The Real Estate Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chakia, responsible for managing and supporting the company’s real estate activities. Daily tasks include identifying and evaluating potential commercial properties, assisting in lease and purchase negotiations, and coordinating with internal stakeholders on space requirements and utilization. The role involves maintaining accurate property records, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting real estate development initiatives aligned with the company’s growth plans. The Real Estate Specialist will also liaise with external agents, landlords, and legal representatives, and provide regular reports on property performance, occupancy, and upcoming opportunities or risks.
