Job summary

BeyondWalls in Pune is seeking a CP Sourcing Manager to strengthen the Channel Partner network and drive revenue in real estate. You will lead CP onboarding, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and CRM to accelerate property bookings.

The role requires 4–5 years of hands-on CP sourcing experience, a strong Pune network, and excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder skills with an independent, strategic mindset.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in Real Estate Channel Partner/CP Sourcing.
• Proven experience in Channel Partner onboarding, relationship management, and business generation.
• Strong network within the real estate broker/channel partner ecosystem in Pune is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and develop a strong network of Channel Partners across the assigned region.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with CPs to maximize business opportunities.
• Drive property bookings and achieve sourcing targets through the CP network.
• Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and engagement activities with Channel Partners.
• Ensure timely communication of new project launches, offers, and sales initiatives.
• Monitor CP performance, generate business through existing partnerships, and expand the network.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Channel Partner (CP) sourcing, onboarding, relationship management, and revenue generation within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
