Job summary

JPrime Buildcon LLP in Navi Mumbai seeks a dynamic Sourcing Head to lead Channel Partner sourcing and walk-in generation across Navi Mumbai and surrounding micro-markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong CP/ICP network, excellent relationship-management skills, and proven leadership in real estate sourcing to drive growth and ensure compliance with RERA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in real estate channel sales, sourcing, or CP/broker management.
• Experience leading a sourcing or channel partner team.
• Strong CP and broker network in Navi Mumbai and nearby micro-markets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and CRM/MIS reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) and ICPs.
• Conduct CP office visits, project presentations, broker meets, and partner-engagement activities.
• Identify, onboard, and activate new CPs/ICPs to expand the sourcing network.
• Drive monthly and quarterly walk-ins, site-visits, and booking targets.
• Lead and mentor Sourcing Managers and field sourcing executives.
• Track CP-wise walk-ins, bookings, conversions, and partner performance through MIS reports.
• Negotiate brokerage and commercial terms as per company policy.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing for launches, campaigns, and CP activation.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Resolve CP/ICP queries and ensure compliance with policies and RERA guidelines.

• Demonstrated experience in leading a sourcing or channel partner team.
• Strong CP and broker network in Navi Mumbai and nearby micro-markets preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, team-management, CRM, and MIS reporting skills.
• Willing to travel extensively for CP meetings and field visits.
