Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and develop new Channel Partners.
• Build strong relationships with existing and new CPs.
• Conduct project presentations, CP meetings, and training.
• Communicate project USPs, pricing, inventory, offers, and commercial terms.
• Generate quality customer walk-ins through the CP network.
• Follow up with CPs and drive sourcing targets.
• Coordinate with the Closing Team for smooth walk-in handover.
• Maintain CP and activity updates in Salesforce/SFDC CRM.
• Achieve monthly sourcing and walk-in targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduation in any field.
• 2+ year of experience in Real Estate Sales/Channel Partner Sourcing.
• Strong communication, networking, convincing, and relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
• Residential real estate experience will be preferred.
