Job Title: Channel Relationship Manager (Sourcing Manager)

Salary Budget: Max Upto 8.5 LPA (based on last drawn)

Shift: Dayshift – 6 days working with rostered week off on Monday (Sunday will be a working day)

About the Role

Channel Sales for winning, maintaining, and expanding all our partner relationships. Your role will include supporting the company’s ongoing sales and growth opportunities by providing channel sales support to a region or portfolio of assigned partners or customers.

• Identify Real Estate Channel Partner according to the business requirements
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
• Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and expectations
• Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
• Lead joint partner planning to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones
• Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs regularly
• Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
• Manage potential channel conflicts by fostering communication and adhering to channel rules
• Develop solutions addressing end-user needs, involving necessary company and partner personnel
• Ensure partner compliance with agreements
• Drive adoption of company programs among partners
• Proactively recruit new qualifying partners

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Real Estate Sales
• Educational Background: Bachelor's in business, marketing, or related field
