Job summary

Reliable Builders in Navi Mumbai seeks a polished Sourcing Manager to lead real estate channel partner management and drive growth. You will build and maintain relationships with brokers, consultants, and partners, and ensure qualified opportunities flow through the network.

The role requires 2+ years in real estate sourcing, strong English/Hindi/Marathi communication, and a proactive approach to onboarding new partners, negotiating terms, and achieving targets with professional credibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sourcing / Channel Partner Management.
• Strong and established channel partner/broker network preferred.
• Excellent command of English, Hindi and Marathi.
