Job summary

Nexalty Group in Mumbai is seeking a results-oriented Real Estate Sourcing professional to drive mandate acquisition and onboard developers and projects. You will build a strong network of developers, channel partners, and project sales teams to fuel growth.

Key duties include negotiating terms, pricing, inventory, and plans; identifying new opportunities via market research; and coordinating onboarding and launches to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

• Evaluate projects based on location, developer profile, pricing, inventory, and sales potential.
• Coordinate with developers for inventory, pricing, payment plans, project details, and sales support.
• Coordinate internally for smooth project onboarding and launch.
• Prepare project proposals and presentations for internal sales teams.
• Maintain an updated database of developers, projects, inventory, and commercial terms.
• Track project performance and identify opportunities to improve sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly mandate acquisition and sourcing targets.

• Strong existing developer/builder network will be an added advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to independently identify, negotiate, and close mandate opportunities.
• Strong commercial understanding with a target-oriented approach.
• Candidates from Real Estate Channel Partner, Mandate, Developer, or Property Advisory firms will be preferred.
