Responsibilities:

Sales Achievement

• Achieve individual and team sales targets in terms of bookings, revenue, and units sold.
• Drive sourcing activities from direct channels viz. Loyalty and Referral events, Pre-sales, calling activities, corporate/society/ BTL activations etc.
• Drive lead conversion from direct sales channels.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of prospective customers.
• Support the team in handling negotiations and closing high-value transactions.
• Work closely with Marketing, Pre-sales, CRM and other allied teams to drive direct % contribution to overall sales

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
• Set clear performance goals and monitor daily sales activities.
• Conduct regular sales reviews and provide coaching to improve productivity.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and customer engagement standards.

Customer Relationship Management

• Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to booking.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Build long-term customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.

Site Visits & Sales Conversion

• Drive site visits and project presentations for prospective customers.
• Monitor lead-to-site visit and site visit-to-booking conversion ratios.
• Ensure effective utilization of CRM for lead management and follow-ups.
• Track and improve conversion metrics across the sales funnel.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor projects, pricing strategies, and market trends.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market dynamics.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and customer acquisition.
