Galaxy Office Automation is seeking an IT project professional to translate client needs into actionable plans. You will split large projects into manageable tasks, select cost-effective IT products, and align plans with clients while guiding designers and developers to ensure progress and quality.

The role involves advising on future IT requirements, collaborating with server teams for network creation, and providing winning pre-sales responses to RFIs/RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Identifying the organization's needs
• Breaking down large scale projects into manageable chunks
• Working out which IT products to use based on cost benefit analysis and research
• Agreeing plans with the client
• Explaining to designers and developers what’s required and overseeing the progress
• Producing documents that monitor progress and ensure the quality of the project
• Advising the client on managing future IT needs
• Collaborating with server team members to create and troubleshoot server networks for clients
• Deciding on appropriate hardware per project
• Constructing data communications networks with tethered servers
• Implementing high-level server design for smooth network use
• Troubleshooting early-stage issues in server performance
• Creatively linking servers to fulfil client requests
• Communicating regularly with clients to implement feedback on performance related to server and network design
• Working with Sales to identify opportunities and close deals
• Providing winning solutions as part of the pre-sales team responding to RFPs and RFIs
• Knowledge of servers and configurations of OEMs like Dell, HP & Lenovo
• Awareness of technologies like Virtualization, HCI & Cloud Computing
• Graduation in Engineering

• Actively collaborate with server team members—including server technicians, server analysts, and server administrators—to create and troubleshoot server networks for clients.
• Decide on the appropriate hardware to use on a per-project basis.
• Construct data communications networks made with tethered servers.
• Implement high-level server design that promotes smooth network use.
• Troubleshoot early-stage issues associated with server performance.
• Creatively link servers together to fulfil a wide variety of potential client requests.
• Communicate regularly with clients to implement feedback on performance, as it relates specifically to server and network design.
• Work closely with the Sales team and help identify the right opportunities and close the deals.
• Provide winning solutions as part of the pre-sales team which included responding to RFPs and RFIs from existing and prospective clients.
• Should have knowledge of the Server and configurations of the leading OEM like Dell, HPe & Lenovo,
• Should have knowledge of latest technologies like, Virtualization, HCI & Cloud Computing.
