Job summary

B2C Solutions Wll in Delhi, India, is seeking an experienced presales professional for enterprise IT infrastructure involving servers, storage, virtualization and backup solutions.

You will lead demonstrations, respond to RFPs, collaborate with sales and engineering, and design comprehensive BOQ/BOM while ensuring accurate documentation and smooth customer transitions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as presales for server/storage products or enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to respond to RFPs/RFQs with accurate technical documentation.
• Experience collaborating with sales, engineering, and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and design solutions for customers for Server, storage, Virtualization and backup solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and POC sessions.
• Respond to RFPs/RFQs with accurate technical documentation and compliance matrices
• Engage with the sales team to address customer needs & requirements.
• Design solutions for customers as per requirements, creating BOQ/BOM by understanding their current IT infrastructure environment and licensing guidelines.
• Document the solution proposal at the required level of details.
• Assist in negotiating and closing deals by providing detailed technical insights and cost estimates.
• Ensure smooth transitions at customer site by proper installation of server software, configuration of storage units with Disks, Tape drives and cloud supported environments and replication across domains.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with customer needs
• Closely working with the OEM & partners for solution validation and pricing.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies in servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud integration.
