Job summary

Team Electricals Warangal is looking for a Solar Sales Engineer to generate leads and drive sales for Solar Power Plants and Electrical EPC projects in the region. You will meet clients, understand their requirements, and provide technical solutions, while preparing quotations and proposals.

The role involves conducting client visits, follow-ups, negotiations and closing sales, with travel as needed. 1-3 years in solar/electrical sales is preferred, freshers with strong communication are welcome

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical/Electronics or related engineering.
• 1-3 years in solar sales, electrical sales, EPC or related field.
• Basic technical knowledge of Solar PV systems and electrical systems.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn may apply.

Role & responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities for Solar Power Plants and Electrical EPC projects.
• Meet clients, understand their requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals and technical-commercial offers.
• Conduct client visits, follow-ups, negotiations and close sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate with the technical and project teams for project execution.
• Track enquiries, leads, quotations and sales pipeline.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics or related engineering preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in solar sales, electrical sales, EPC or related field preferred.
• Basic technical knowledge of Solar PV systems and electrical systems.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Ability to prepare quotations, proposals and follow up with customers.
• Candidates with experience in Solar Power Plants, Electrical EPC or Switchyard projects will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
