• Coordinate with DISCOMs, statutory agencies and local authorities for approvals and commissioning.
• Monitor KPIs (cost variance, schedule delays, safety incidents) and drive corrective actions.

Job Description

The Solar Project Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end solar EPC project execution, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget and meet required quality and safety standards. The role involves coordinating civil, electrical and structural teams, managing vendors and contractors, overseeing procurement and material deliveries, conducting site audits and safety reviews, and reporting project progress to senior management and stakeholders. The position also requires coordination with DISCOMs, statutory agencies and local authorities for approvals, compliance and commissioning. The candidate will monitor project KPIs including cost variance, schedule delays and safety incidents and drive corrective actions. Required skills include Solar PV EPC, project execution, site management, DISCOM interface, vendor management, construction scheduling, MS Project and AutoCAD Electrical. Knowledge of IEC/NERC compliance, DER and SCADA integration is preferred.
