Job summary

Freyr Energy is seeking a proactive Solar Installer to join our on-site team for end-to-end residential solar project installations. You will ensure quality execution per approved designs and company standards, with attention to detail and strong technical skills.

Qualifications

• Must have completed Class 12 / ITI / Diploma.
• Completion of a 3-month Skill Development Course is required.
• 0-2 years of experience in electrical installations or related electrical work preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete installation of assigned residential solar sites as per the approved Detailed Project Report (DPR).
• Handle material shifting and site readiness.
• Install structure, modules, earthing, cabling, and inverter systems.
• Execute civil works including foundations for structure and earthing.
• Configure RMS (Remote Monitoring System).
• Provide system explanation and basic training to customers.
• Ensure all SOPs are followed, including pre- and post-installation documentation.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements:

• Candidates must have completed Class 12 / ITI / Diploma
