Job summary

Candidate should have 0–2 years’ electrical installation experience, Class 12/ITI/Diploma, and willingness to travel across job sites. Travel-heavy role with adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in electrical installations or related electrical work.
• Must have completed Class 12 / ITI / Diploma and a 3-month Skill Development Course.

Responsibilities

• Complete installation of residential solar sites as per DPR and standards.
• Handle material shifting, site readiness, and on-site wiring/inverter installation.
• Configure RMS and provide basic customer training on system operation.
• Ensure completion of pre- and post-installation documentation per SOPs.

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Solar Installer tojoin our team in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for end-to-end installation of residential solar projects,ensuring quality execution as per approved designs and companystandards. This role requires technical expertise, attention todetail, and the ability to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete installation of assigned residential solar sites as perthe approved Detailed Project Report (DPR)
• Handle material shifting and site readiness
• Install structure, modules, earthing, cabling, and inverter systems
• Execute civil works including foundations for structure andearthing
• Configure RMS (Remote Monitoring System)
• Provide system explanation and basic training to customers
• Ensure all SOPs are followed, including pre- andpost-installation documentation

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements

• Candidates must have completed Class 12 / ITI / Diploma
• Completion of a 3-month Skill Development Course
• 0–2 years of experience in electrical installations, maintenance,or related electrical work preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Good oral and written communication skills

Additional Requirements

• Strong ownership with a passion for delivering high-quality results
• Willingness to learn, upskill, and undertake tasks such as sitesurveys and material inspection
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilitiesPreferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in solar installation orrenewable energy projects
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety standards
• Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage
