Job summary

Freyr Energy Pvt Ltd in India is seeking a proactive Solar Installer to lead end-to-end installation of residential solar projects on-site, ensuring quality per DPR and company standards.

The role requires basic electrical knowledge, willingness to travel, and strong communication. You will install structures, modules, earthing, cabling, and inverter systems, and provide customer training.

Qualifications

• Completed Class 12, ITI, or Diploma.
• Completed a 3-month Skill Development Course.
• 0–2 years of experience in electrical installations or related work.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of regional languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Complete installation of assigned residential solar sites as per the approved Detailed Project Report (DPR).
• Handle material shifting and site readiness.
• Install structure, modules, earthing, cabling, and inverter systems.
• Execute civil works including foundations for structure and earthing.
• Configure RMS (Remote Monitoring System).
• Provide system explanation and basic training to customers.
• Ensure all SOPs are followed, including pre- and post-installation documentation.

This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site.

• Execute civil works including foundations for structure and earthing

Required Skills and Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

• Candidates must have completed Class 12 / ITI / Diploma
