Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Solar Installer to join our team in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end installation of residential solar projects, ensuring quality execution as per approved designs and company standards. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work on‑site.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete installation of assigned residential solar sites as per the approved Detailed Project Report (DPR)
• Handle material shifting and site readiness
• Install structure, modules, earthing, cabling, and inverter systems
• Execute civil works including foundations for structure and earthing
• Configure RMS (Remote Monitoring System)
• Provide system explanation and basic training to customers
• Ensure all SOPs are followed, including pre‑ and post‑installation documentation

Requirements

• Class 12 / ITI / Diploma completion, plus a 3‑month Skill Development Course
• 0–2 years of experience in electrical installations, maintenance, or related electrical work (preferred)
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong ownership with a passion for delivering high‑quality results
• Willingness to learn, upskill, and undertake tasks such as site surveys and material inspection
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Prior experience in solar installation or renewable energy projects (preferred)
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety standards (preferred)
• Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage (preferred)
