Job summary

Growth For Impact invites applications for an entry-level electrical installations role in India. You will handle material shifting, install structure, modules, earthing, cabling, and inverter systems, and perform civil works for foundations. You will provide basic training and ensure SOPs are followed.

You should be able to travel extensively, communicate clearly, and show ownership with a willingness to learn and deliver high-quality results in solar projects.

Qualifications

• Completion of Class 12 / ITI / Diploma.
• Completion of a 3-month Skill Development Course.
• 0–2 years of experience in electrical installations, maintenance, or related electrical work preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong ownership with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
• Willingness to learn, upskill, and undertake tasks such as site surveys and material inspection.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Prior experience in solar installation or renewable energy projects.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety standards.
• Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
