Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Solar Installer to join our team in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end‑to‑end installation of residential solar projects, ensuring quality execution as per approved designs and company standards. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work on‑site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete installation of assigned residential solar sites as per the approved Detailed Project Report (DPR)
• Handle material shifting and site readiness
• Install structure, modules, earthing, cabling, and inverter systems
• Execute civil works including foundations for structure and earthing; configure RMS (Remote Monitoring System)
• Provide system explanation and basic training to customers
• Ensure all SOPs are followed, including pre‑ and post‑installation documentation

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements:

• Completed Class 12 / ITI / Diploma
• Completion of a 3‑month Skill Development Course
• 0–2 years of experience in electrical installations, maintenance, or related electrical work preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Good oral and written communication skills

Additional Requirements:

• Strong ownership with a passion for delivering high‑quality results
• Willingness to learn, upskill, and undertake tasks such as site surveys and material inspection
