Qualifications

• Must have completed Class 12/ITI/Diploma and a 3-month Skill Development Course.
• 0–2 years of experience in electrical installations or related electrical work preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete installation of assigned residential solar sites as per approved DPR.
• Handle material shifting and site readiness.
• Install structure, modules, earthing, cabling and inverter systems.
• Execute civil works including foundations for structure and earthing.
• Configure RMS (Remote Monitoring System).
• Provide system explanation and basic training to customers.
• Ensure all SOPs are followed, including pre- and post-installation documentation.

This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site.

• Handle material shifting and site readiness
• Install structure, modules, earthing, cabling, and inverter systems
• Execute civil works including foundations for structure and earthing

• Provide system explanation and basic training to customers
• Ensure all SOPs are followed, including pre- and post-installation documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

• Candidates must have completed Class 12 / ITI / Diploma

• 0–2 years of experience in electrical installations, maintenance, or related electrical work preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Good oral and written communication skills
