Job summary

Freyr Energy in India is seeking a hands-on Project Installation role to complete installation at residential sites per the Detailed Project Report. You will handle material shifting and install structure, modules, earthing, cabling and inverters on site.

You will work with customers, explain the system, maintain project files and provide daily status updates to the reporting manager. Willingness to travel extensively and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Class 12/ITI/Diploma holders eligible.
• 3 months Skill Development Course completed.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Good oral & written communication skills.
• Coordination with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Complete installation of assigned residential sites as per the Detailed Project report and related plans.
• Complete material shifting.
• Structure, module, earthing, cabling & inverter installation.

Job description

Roles and responsibilities:

Project Installation

• Complete installation of the assigned residential sites as per the approved Detailed Project report, including but
• Complete material shifting
• Structure, module, earthing, cabling & inverter installation

Civil works and civil foundations for the structure & earthing

• RMS Configuration
• Explanation of system to the client.

All SOP’s such as pre & post links to be filled

Reporting

Maintaining of files and documents related to project execution for each client and service reports.

To provide with up-to-date daily work status report via email to reporting manager Mandatory

Requirements

Class 12/ITI/Diploma Candidates

3 months Skill Development Course

Willingness to travel extensively

Good oral & written communication skills.

Additional Requirements

Passion for delivering high quality results and takes complete accountability of assignments.

Willingness to learn, upskill and undertake jobs like site surveys / material inspection, if required.
