Job summary

Freyr Energy in Odisha, India is seeking a hands-on installation technician to support solar project deployments. You will handle material shifting and site readiness, install structures, modules, earthing, cabling, and inverter systems, and perform civil works for foundations.

Training will be provided; travel is required; you will document processes and demonstrate system explanations to customers, while following SOPs for pre- and post-installation activities.

Qualifications

• Completed Class 12 / ITI / Diploma.
• Completion of a 3-month Skill Development Course.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong ownership with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
• Willingness to learn, upskill, and undertake tasks such as site surveys and material inspection.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
