Job summary

Freyr Energy in India seeks technicians for solar installation and site readiness, covering structure, modules, earthing, cabling, and inverter systems. You will perform civil works including foundations, and provide basic training to customers on system operation and safety.

The role requires following SOPs, performing pre- and post-installation documentation, and willingness to travel extensively. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Completed Class 12 / ITI / Diploma
• Completion of a 3-month Skill Development Course
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong ownership with a passion for delivering high-quality results
• Willingness to learn, upskill, and undertake tasks such as site surveys and material inspection
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
