Job summary

Freyr Energy in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh seeks a site installation technician to complete residential PV installations as outlined in the DPR. You will manage material handling, wiring, earthing, module and inverter setup, and civil foundations.

You will also perform RMS configuration, explain the system to clients, complete SOPs, and maintain project files with daily status reports to the reporting manager.

Qualifications

• Class 12/ITI or Diploma is required.
• 3 months Skill Development Course completed.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install residential PV sites per DPR: material shifting, structure, module, earthing, cabling and inverter.
• Carry out civil works and foundations for structure and earthing.
• RMS configuration; explain system to the client.
• Complete SOPs and linkages for pre/post activities.
• Prepare reports; maintain project files and service reports.
• Submit daily status reports via email to reporting manager.

Job description

Roles and responsibilities:

• Complete installation of the assigned residential sites as per the approved Detailed Project report, including but o Complete material shifting o Structure, module, earthing, cabling & inverter installation
• Civil works and civil foundations for the structure & earthing
• RMS Configuration o Explanation of system to the client.
• All SOP’s such as pre & post links to be filled
• Reporting
• Maintaining of files and documents related to project execution for each client and service reports.
• To provide with up-to-date daily work status report via email to reporting manager Mandatory
