Job summary

Aditi Solar in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Solar EPC Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects from planning to handover.

You will coordinate with technical, procurement, finance, and clients, manage schedules and risk, and oversee installation, testing, and commissioning across multiple sites.

The role requires 10 years of experience in solar EPC with government/ PSU projects and strong knowledge of PV systems and protection, with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Renewable Energy Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Solar EPC/project execution and government/ PSU projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems, electrical systems, inverters, pumps, controllers, earthing, protection systems, and commissioning procedures.
• Experience with Solar WPS; Roof top On grid and off grid solar systems, HLS & SLS systems and knowledge of government renewable energy scheme guidelines and tender specifications.
• Good coordination and team-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD and relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Solar EPC projects activities from planning to commissioning and handover.
• Prepare and monitor project execution plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Technical, Procurement and logistics, Finance, and other internal units.
• Coordinate and act as senior interface with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor PDI, site inspections, commissioning records and test reports
• Review Bids, BOQs, drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor project progress and cost performance.
• Identify project risks and delays for appropriate corrective actions.
• Lead project teams and ensure effective coordination among projects and support teams.
• Monitor warranty, CMC/AMC, breakdown, and service-related technical issues and timely closure.
• Prepare periodic technical MIS and project status reports for management.

• Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems, electrical systems, inverters, pumps, controllers, earthing, protection systems, and commissioning procedures.
• Experience in handling Solar WPS; Roof top On grid and off grid solar systems, HLS & SLS systems and strong knowledge of Government renewable energy scheme guidelines and tender specifications
• Good coordination and team-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD and relevant software
• Willingness to travel to project sites across different locations.
