Job summary

Techzeal Info in Lucknow is seeking an experienced Project Manager Solar to lead end-to-end rooftop and commercial solar projects. You will plan, execute, monitor, and commission projects while coordinating with clients, vendors, and site teams.

You will oversee procurement, quality, safety, and adherence to design and BOQ specifications, ensuring on-time delivery and document control. Travel to project sites is expected as required.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in Solar EPC / Solar PV Project Execution.
• B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Renewable Energy preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Rooftop Solar PV Systems.
• Ability to read SLD and electrical drawings.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel; AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage.
• Strong vendor, contractor and team management skills.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end solar project execution from planning to commissioning.
• Prepare project schedules, work plans and execution timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors and site teams.
• Supervise installation of Solar PV Modules, Inverters, ACDB, DCDB, cables, earthing, structure etc.
• Ensure project execution as per approved design, SLD, BOQ and technical specifications.
• Manage procurement and timely availability of project materials.
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare project reports.
• Manage manpower, contractors and site resources.
• Ensure proper testing, commissioning and handover of solar projects.
• Maintain project documentation, photographs, reports and completion records.
• Ensure compliance with quality and electrical safety standards.
• Resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
• Coordinate with DISCOM/utility teams wherever required.
• Track project cost, material consumption and project timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.

Candidate Requirements

• B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Renewable Energy preferred.
