Job summary

SVA Green Renewables in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Project Lead – Solar EPC to own end-to-end planning, execution, coordination, and successful completion of solar EPC projects.

You will lead project execution from planning to commissioning, coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, HSE, Commercial, Finance, and Site teams, ensuring on-time delivery and quality. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy / Power / Infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in end-to-end Solar EPC project execution and site management.
• Experience handling clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, BOQ, billing, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Solar EPC project execution from planning to commissioning and handover.
• Prepare and monitor project execution plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, HSE, Commercial, Finance, and Site teams.
• Manage project timelines, resources, manpower, materials, and site activities to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor procurement and ensure timely availability of project materials at site.
• Oversee civil, structural, electrical, module installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Review BOQs, drawings, technical specifications, material requirements, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance.
• Identify project risks, delays, and execution issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Manage vendors and subcontractors and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor project billing, measurements, material consumption, and commercial activities.
• Prepare project MIS, progress reports, and regular updates for management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE requirements, approved drawings, and technical specifications.
• Lead project teams and ensure effective coordination between office and site operations.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, documentation, client handover, and project closure.

• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, procurement coordination, BOQ, billing, and project documentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project activities and deliver projects within committed timelines.
• Candidates with experience in utility-scale solar projects will be preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Education:
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.
