Job summary

Altrix Energies is seeking a Senior Executive Engineer with hands-on experience in Solar EPC project execution. You will be responsible for site execution, technical coordination, contractor management, quality, testing and commissioning to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements include B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 7 to 10 years in Solar EPC/Electrical EPC, strong knowledge of solar PV systems, and willingness to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in Solar EPC or Electrical EPC.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical installations.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of solar PV projects.
• Supervise installation of modules, structures, DC/AC systems, inverters, HT/LT panels, cables, earthing.
• Review drawings, BOQ, BOMs and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Monitor manpower, materials, quality, safety and project progress.
• Handle testing, commissioning and troubleshooting activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and project documentation.
