Job summary

Anilka Energy Kota is seeking a hands-on Solar EPC/O&M engineer to manage 3.5 MW+ projects. You will supervise site engineers and technicians, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely project execution while maintaining safety and performance.

Role & Responsibilities

• Able to manage 3.5 MW+ Solar PV projects across EPC/O&M.
• Handle plant operations, maintenance & troubleshooting.
• Monitor generation, PR, CUF & plant performance.
• Lead and coordinate site engineers & teams, technicians & vendors.
• Manage client communication, follow-ups & project updates.
• Handle plant issues, complaints & ensure quick resolution.
• Maintain O&M reports, MIS, maintenance & project records.
• Troubleshoot Inverters, HT/LT Panels, Transformers, SCADA, cables, and earthing.
• Plan and supervise Preventive & Corrective Maintenance.
• Conduct site inspections, technical audits & quality checks.
• Ensure smooth project execution with focus on timeline, safety & performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.Tech/B.E./Diploma Electrical or relevant discipline.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on Solar EPC/O&M experience.
• Must have experience handling 3.5 MW+ cumulative solar capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Solar PV & electrical systems.
• Good team handling & site management skills.
• Strong client handling, communication & follow-up abilities.
• Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MIS & reporting.
• Comfortable to travel to project sites.
