Job summary

Access Healthcare in Chennai seeks a Lead Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate corporate training programs across the organization. You will lead behavioral and soft skills training, develop engaging content, and apply instructional design best practices to improve performance.

The role requires deep expertise in training evaluation (Kirkpatrick), ADDIE, Bloom’s taxonomy, and proficiency with LMS and AI-assisted content creation. Inductions will be conducted for the location as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any or related field.
• Exposure to virtual and classroom facilitation is mandatory
• Proven experience (typically more than 5 years) as a trainer or lead trainer in a BPO or corporate setting.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Learning needs analysis and program structuring
• Experience in designing instructional materials and e-learning content.
• Expertise with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in working with Excel, PPT and Word.
• Familiarity with AI tools

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and deliver engaging and effective training sessions (virtual and in-person).
• Conduct Behavioral and Soft Skills Training.
• Understand and apply Kirk Patricks levels for training evaluation.
• Familiar with ADDIE and Blooms Taxonomy in course design.
• Create e-learning content and instructional materials.

• Conduct training needs analysis with operations, quality, and HR teams.
• Customize training content for different audiences and bands.
• Monitor and evaluate training impact with metrics and feedback.
• Collaborate with SMEs and department heads to keep content current.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adult learning principles.
• Prepare reports and present insights to leadership.
• Manage & Conduct Induction for the respective location

LEAD TRAINER

Role Overview:

The Lead Trainer is responsible for delivering, designing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance across the organization. This role requires strong subject matter expertise, excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and deliver engaging and effective training sessions (both virtual and in-person) aligned with organizational goals.
• Strong experience in conducting Behavioral and Soft Skills Training
• Must understand Kirk Patricks level of evaluating Training effectiveness
• Should be familiar with ADDIE and Blooms Taxonomy
• Must have experience in creating e-learning content and with Instructional Designing Process
• Must be familiar to work with AI Tools for content creation and designing
• Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with operations, quality, and HR teams to identify skill gaps and performance improvement areas.
• Customize training content to fit the needs of different audiences and bands.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and feedback to continuously improve programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and department heads to keep training content relevant and up to date.
• Stay updated on industry trends, adult learning principles, and new training technologies.
