Job summary

Access Healthcare is seeking a Lead Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate organization-wide training programs. You will lead engaging sessions, both virtual and in-person, and promote continuous learning across teams.

The role requires strong facilitation, content creation, and familiarity with LMS platforms and AI-assisted design. Collaboration with operations, quality, and HR will ensure programs stay aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field is required.
• Experience in delivering both virtual and in-person training sessions is mandatory.
• 5+ years as a trainer or lead trainer in corporate/BPO settings preferred.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with instructional design and e-learning content creation.

LEAD TRAINER

Role Overview:

The Lead Trainer is responsible for delivering, designing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance across the organization. This role requires strong subject matter expertise, excellent communication skills .

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and deliver engaging and effective training sessions (both virtual and in-person) aligned with organizational goals.
• Strong experience in conducting Behavioral and Soft Skills Training
• Must understand Kirk Patricks level of evaluating Training effectiveness
• Should be familiar with ADDIE and Blooms Taxonomy
• Must have experience in creating e-learning content and with Instructional Designing Process
• Must be familiar to work with AI Tools for content creation and designing
• Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with operations, quality, and HR teams to identify skill gaps and performance improvement areas.
• Customize training content to fit the needs of different audiences and bands.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and feedback to continuously improve programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and department heads to keep training content relevant and up to date.
• Stay updated on industry trends, adult learning principles, and new training technologies.
• Prepare reports and present insights on training outcomes to leadership.
• Manage & Conduct Induction(as and when required) for the respective location

Qualifications: (Important)

• Bachelor’s degree in any or related field.
• Exposure to virtual and classroom facilitation is mandatory
• Proven experience (typically more than 5 years) as a trainer or lead trainer in a BPO or corporate settings.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Learning needs analysis and program structuring
• Experience in designing instructional materials and e-learning content.
• Expertise with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in working with Excel, PPT and Word.
