Access Healthcare in Chennai is seeking a Lead Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs across the organization. You will lead engaging sessions, both virtual and in-person, and collaborate with operations, quality, and HR to close skill gaps.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in corporate or BPO training, strong facilitation and communication skills, and experience with LMS, e-learning content, and AI-assisted content creation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Exposure to virtual and classroom facilitation is mandatory
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as a trainer or lead trainer in a BPO or corporate setting.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Learning needs analysis and program structuring.
• Experience in designing instructional materials and e-learning content.
• Expertise with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiar with AI Tools

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Behavioral and Soft Skills Training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness per Kirk patrick’s levels.
• Familiar with ADDIE and Bloom's taxonomy.
• Create e-learning content and instructional designs.
• Collaborate with SMEs and department heads to keep content current.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adult learning principles.
• Prepare reports and present insights on training outcomes.
• Manage and conduct induction for the respective location

LEAD TRAINER

Role Overview:

The Lead Trainer is responsible for delivering, designing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance across the organization. This role requires strong subject matter expertise, excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and deliver engaging and effective training sessions (both virtual and in-person) aligned with organizational goals.
• Strong experience in conducting Behavioral and Soft Skills Training
• Must understand Kirk Patricks level of evaluating Training effectiveness
• Should be familiar with ADDIE and Blooms Taxonomy
• Must have experience in creating e-learning content and with Instructional Designing Process
• Must be familiar to work with AI Tools for content creation and designing
• Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with operations, quality, and HR teams to identify skill gaps and performance improvement areas.
• Customize training content to fit the needs of different audiences and bands.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and feedback to continuously improve programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and department heads to keep training content relevant and up to date.
• Stay updated on industry trends, adult learning principles, and new training technologies.
• Prepare reports and present insights on training outcomes to leadership.
• Manage & Conduct Induction(as and when required) for the respective location
