Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a soft skills trainer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt training methods to diverse participants.
