Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR/Psychology/BA/Communications).
• Experience in soft skills training or corporate training.
• Strong business communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Ability to design engaging training content and deliver interactive sessions.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver soft skills and business communication training programs.
• Lead sessions on interpersonal skills, teamwork, time management, leadership, and etiquette.
• Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training interventions.
• Create and update training content, modules, guides, and assessments.
• Coordinate annual/monthly training calendars with HR and stakeholders.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Soft Skills Trainer to design, develop, and deliver soft skills and business communication training programs across the organisation. The role will focus on enhancing employees' communication, presentation, interpersonal, and professional effectiveness through structured learning initiatives and continuous development programs.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Soft Skills Training & Development

• Conduct soft skills training sessions for employees across business functions.
• Deliver training on interpersonal skills, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, leadership, and professional etiquette.
• Identify employee skill gaps and develop training interventions accordingly.
• Drive employee development programs to improve workplace effectiveness and productivity.

2. Business Communication

• Conduct training on verbal and written business communication.
• Improve email writing, professional conversations, stakeholder management, and workplace communication.
• Enhance employees' listening, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Develop communication standards and best practices for professional interactions.

3. Presentation & Public Speaking Skills

• Conduct sessions on presentation skills, public speaking, and business storytelling.
• Train employees on structuring presentations, audience engagement, and delivering impactful business presentations.
• Build confidence in client-facing communication and management presentations.

4. Training Content Development & Coordination

• Develop training modules, presentations, facilitator guides, learning materials, and assessments.
• Collaborate with the Content Team to develop, review, and enhance training-related content.
• Create engaging learning resources, activities, case studies, role-plays, and practical exercises.
• Ensure training content is relevant to business requirements and employee learning needs.

5. Soft Skills Program Management

• Plan, coordinate, and drive soft skills training programs across business verticals.
• Prepare annual and monthly training calendars in coordination with HR and business stakeholders.
• Conduct training needs analysis and customise programs for different employee groups.
• Monitor attendance, participation, feedback, and training effectiveness.
• Maintain training MIS, assessment records, and post-training reports.

6. Training Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement

• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and practical performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning engagement and program outcomes.
• Provide recommendations for ongoing employee capability development.
• Drive initiatives to build a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in soft skills training, learning and development, or corporate training.
• Strong expertise in business communication, presentation skills, and facilitation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to design engaging training content and deliver interactive learning sessions.
• Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and presentation skills.
