Social Media Manager develops, implements, and manages social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic. Key responsibilities include creating engaging content, scheduling posts, monitoring analytics, and managing online communities. They ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Content Creation & Management: Develop, plan, and create engaging, high-quality content (text, image, video) for various social platforms.
• Strategy Development: Formulate, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals and boost brand visibility.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (KPIs) and ROI, using tools like Google Analytics or native platform insights.
• Community Management: Engage directly with the audience, respond to comments and messages, and moderate user-generated content.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute time-bound, targeted social campaigns to achieve specific objectives.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent brand voice.

Required Skills and Qualifications
