Job summary

Bhumi Pharmaceuticals seeks a skilled Social Media Manager to manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and more. You will plan, create, and publish engaging content aligned with our brand and objectives, while coordinating with design and marketing teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.

You will develop content calendars, monitor performance metrics, and stay ahead of trends to drive reach and engagement.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Strong content writing and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other content-creation tools.
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate new content ideas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content aligned with the brand.
• Develop content calendars and ensure timely posting of daily/weekly content.
• Coordinate with the Graphic Designer, Marketing, HR, and other departments for content requirements.
• Write engaging captions, post descriptions, hashtags, and promotional content.
• Monitor social media comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
• Track reach, engagement, followers, and other key metrics and report regularly.
• Stay updated with current social media trends and platform algorithms.
• Support promotion of products, services, events, and corporate updates.
• Coordinate for photos, videos, reels, creatives for social media.
• Ensure all published content follows branding and communication guidelines.
• Assist in executing social media campaigns and promotional activities.
