Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Ads / Performance Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience with audience targeting, retargeting and lookalike audiences.
• Experience with lead generation and conversion campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics & pixel tracking is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with a performance-driven approach.
