A digital marketing agency in New Delhi is looking for a results-driven Facebook Ads Executive to strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have 1.5-2 years of experience specifically in Meta ads, possess a bachelor’s degree, and hold Facebook Blueprint Certification as an advantage. This role emphasizes strong analytic abilities and requires the candidate to own a laptop for work. Working hours are full-time from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Facebook (Meta) Ads Executive to strategize, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms—including Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Meta Ads, audience targeting, and performance analytics to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and managing social media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Setting it up effectively in terms of budget and conversions.
• Implementing effective campaigning strategies best suited for the clients and the goals of the business.
• Analyzing advertising trends and giving recommendations accordingly.
• Reviewing and analyzing the running campaigns regularly.
• Hands‑on running purchase & conversion ads.
• Communicate regularly with clients to gather inputs, share performance reports, and explain campaign strategies.

Skills

Must know how to run and implement campaigns using social media ads.

Educational Qualification

Bachelors.

Minimum Experience

1.5 - 2 years relevant experience in Meta ads only.

Certifications

Facebook Blueprint Certification or similar credentials will be added as an advantage.

Additional Platform Experience

Experience with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.

Location

On‑Site (Candidate must belong to Delhi/Ready to relocate).

Commencing Date

Immediate Joiner or serving notice period up to 15 days.

Working Hours

Full time (10 AM to 7 PM).
