We are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented Ads Manager / Performance Marketing Manager to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and lead generation campaigns with strong analytical and ROI‑focused skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on:
  • Google Ads
  • Facebook & Instagram Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • YouTube Ads
• Generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
• Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROAS.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Perform A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
• Coordinate with SEO, design, and content teams.
