Job summary

Dhinwa Construction & Engineering in Jaipur, Rajasthan, is hiring a Civil Site Engineer to oversee on-site execution of residential, commercial and high-rise projects.

The role requires B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 3–8 years of experience, strong knowledge of drawings, IS codes, QA/QC, AutoCAD and project management tools. You will coordinate labor, subcontractors and vendors and report progress daily.

Responsibilities

• Track daily progress and prepare progress reports and BOM/BOQ updates.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Job description

Role & responsibilities:

1. Execution of Work

• Implement construction activities as per approved drawings and instructions from the Project Manager.
• Ensure work is carried out in line with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

2. Coordination & Supervision

• Supervise on-site activities including RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and more.
• Coordinate with labor teams, subcontractors, and material vendors for seamless execution.

3. Quality Assurance & Safety

• Monitor construction quality, ensuring adherence to QA/QC protocols and IS codes.
• Enforce safety measures and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

4. Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Track daily site progress and maintain detailed work records.
• Prepare and submit timely progress reports and BOQ tracking sheets.

5. Problem Solving & Communication

• Quickly identify and resolve site-related issues.
• Maintain regular communication with Project Manager, consultants, and vendors to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.

6. Resource Management

• Manage the timely procurement and optimal usage of construction materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory logs and minimize material wastage.

Skills & Requirements:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 3-8 years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
