Job summary

Job description

Role & Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site. Execute work as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and vendors. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion. Ensure quality control during all stages of construction. Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards. Prepare daily progress reports and update management. Verify quantities, measurements, and contractor bills. Coordinate material requirements and monitor material consumption. Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations. Resolve on-site technical issues and support project execution. Monitor labour productivity and maintain work schedules.

Preferred candidate profile: Minimum 3+ years of experience in site execution for residential/construction projects. Strong knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, and finishing activities. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, and billing measurements. Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple contractors simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. AutoCAD knowledge preferred. B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience.

Locations: We are hiring for multiple project sites, Goa, Jalgaon (Maharashtra), and Balasore (Odisha). Candidates should specify their preferred/available location when applying.
