Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking a site supervisor with a civil engineering background to oversee day-to-day activities at residential project sites in India. The role requires coordinating with contractors, vendors and labour teams to ensure work aligns with drawings, BOQ and quality standards.

The candidate should have 2–6 years of experience in construction, be willing to be based at the project site, and proficient with AutoCAD, MS Project and Excel for tracking progress and materials.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in residential/real estate construction preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, MS Project and Excel for planning and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil/construction activities at the site.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, BOQ, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and labour teams for smooth execution.
• Track material requirements, consumption and inventory at site.
• Monitor project schedule and flag delays/deviations to the Project Manager.
• Ensure adherence to safety norms and statutory compliance at site.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site registers and measurement records.
