Job summary

Kored Infratech in Hyderabad is seeking a Site Engineer to supervise day-to-day civil construction activities on a building project. You will ensure work aligns with approved drawings and schedules, coordinating with contractors and QA/QC to uphold quality standards.

Experience in RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, and reading civil drawings is essential. The role requires strong communication, documentation, and on-site execution capabilities at a building construction site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
• Building construction experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, concrete, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and structural drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
• Experience in contractor and subcontractor coordination.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work at a building construction project site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and project teams.
• Supervise RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Check site measurements and ensure proper execution of work as per drawings.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment required for daily construction activities.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC team to maintain required quality standards.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
• Maintain daily site progress reports, work records, measurements, and site documentation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with the planning team regarding daily and weekly work targets.
• Review drawings and communicate technical requirements to site supervisors and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project specifications.
• Participate in site inspections, measurements, and progress review meetings.
