ROLE PURPOSE
The Site Administrator shall provide the administrative and coordination support necessary for smooth functioning of the Bengaluru project site, acting as the key administrative link between:
Project Site MEPL Corporate Teams SIFY/Client Contractors/Vendors Local Authorities/Agencies
The role is to ensure that administrative requirements are identified, assigned to the appropriate owner, followed up, escalated where necessary and brought to closurewithout duplicating the responsibilities or approval authority of other functions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ACCOUNTABILITY & AUTHORITY
The Site Administrator is responsible for coordination and follow-throughnot for assuming the technical, legal, commercial or functional authority of other departments.
The role may coordinate approved activities, seek required information/documents, maintain trackers, follow up pending actions, interface with agencies within authorised scope and resolve unresolved matters.
The Site Administrator shall not independently commit MEPL commercially, alter contractual/technical requirements, appoint vendors, make unauthorised statutory declarations or approve expenditure outside delegated authority.
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
The candidate should have 712 years of project/site administration experience, preferably in Data Centre, construction, infrastructure, industrial or similar project environments.
Practical exposure should include site administration, client coordination, local liaison, basic statutory/compliance follow-up, employee administration, facilities, vendors/service providers, documentation and MIS.
The position requires strong coordination and follow-up, communication, tact, integrity, confidentiality, organisation, record discipline, problem solving and timely escalation.
