Job summary

D K Fire Services in Ahmedabad area is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER / SITE INCHARGE to study tenders, mobilise sites, plan execution, and coordinate with clients, contractors and design teams. The role emphasizes strict adherence to timelines, quality documents, and safety compliance across project phases.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical or management background, with CAPM/PMP and strong MS Office skills, especially Advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree Mechanical Engineering or in business administration, management or a related field.
• CAPM, PMP or similar project management certifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills & communication.

Responsibilities

• Studying and analysing the Tender of the given project, identifying the scope of work and analysing the site.
• Co coordinating with Project Coordinator for complete mobilisation of site which includes site set up, Manpower mobilisation, basic legal compliances and initial documentation to start the project.
• Proper and complete project planning needs to be prepared right from the beginning of the projects, Design, Procurement, execution, billing with respect to project timeline.
• Coordination with client, main contractor & sub contractors regularly as per the project requirement.
• Coordination with design team for incorporating any design changes needed in due course of execution of the project.
• To analyse the drawings & PR as per site requirement and update it to respected Project Coordinators.
• Forecasting of manpower, materials, tools & equipments in coordination with Project Coordinator as per project requirement.
• Site co-ordination meetings, being able to co-ordinate with client, consultant and update to respected Project Coordinators.
• Strictly follow up & chase the site team to complete the project as per target.
• To make the daily plan of execution as per priority, clearances and project timelines.
• To share the DPR to Client as well as Project Coordinators.
• Continuously updating material requirement for complete project in coordination with Project Coordinators.
• Monitor the staff issues on the project site and ensure that proper discipline is maintained among the staff members.
• Timely submission of supply & installation bills, monitoring the quality documents, Safety documents & further execution related documents.
• Keeping the track on the clearances and execution activities and communicating to client on weekly basis.
• Checking the measurement of contractor and mailing the details to Project Coordinator.
• Checking of all safety requirements on sites.
• Timely submission of wages of workers and attendance report to Head office
• Timely submission of all original Invoices and expenses to HO on weekly basis.
• Planning the site closure as per client timelines.
• Monitoring / making the handover documents and submitting the same to the client.

Education, Skills & Qualifications
